'The French Cuisine' Carving Knife Full Description
Carving Knife, 8" Forged w/Composite Handle. The long blade provides a longer cutting surface allowing for more meat to be carved at a time. The sharp, narrow tip of the knife is ideal for quickly removing meat and fat from the bone. The French Cuisine line of French-style knives are forged and made of high-carbon stainless steel. The blade of the French knife is more straight and less rounded that that of the German-style knife. The forged bolster of this knife is rounded and creates a 90 degree angle with the blade. The straight handle is made of composite plastic with three aluminum rivets. This line comes with a lifetime guarantee.
